The Health and Safety Executive's Work at Height Regulations 2005 provides clear guidelines for the use and maintenance of fall arrest equipment. The regulations apply to all work at height where there is a risk of a fall liable to cause personal injury, either at or below ground level.
Responsibility is placed on employers and those who control working at height to ensure the work is properly planned, supervised and carried out by competent people. When working at height is unavoidable they must organise effective safety measures to reduce risks for employees, and provide the correct fall protection equipment where necessary.
Our fall arrest protective equipment conforms to the latest HSE Regulations and British Standards.
