Mainland UK:
- Orders under £50.00 have a flat delivery rate of £3.49.
- Orders under £50.00 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with delivery taking place 2-5 working days following shipping.
- Enjoy free next working day delivery on orders over £50.00 (excludes some rural Scottish areas and locations outside mainland UK, as well as manufacturer shipped items - see below).
- Next-day delivery with DPD is available for £6.99 (order by 3:00 PM Monday to Friday, excludes weekends and bank holidays).
- Saturday delivery with DPD is available for £9.99 (order by 3:00 PM on Friday).
- Sunday delivery with DPD is available for £14.99 (order by 3:00 PM on Friday we do not currently ship on Saturday).
- Timed delivery is also available at checkout.
- We aim to ship all in stock orders placed before 3pm the same day.

Important Information Regarding Manufacturer-Shipped Items:
- Delivery: Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This may result in longer delivery times than our standard next-day service. You'll find estimated delivery times for these products in red within their product descriptions, these timframes arent guaranteed. We'll keep you updated if any delays occur.

Returns:
- For manufacturer-shipped items, a £10 collection fee applies.
- Please note that a 15% restocking fee is charged by the manufacturer for "change of mind" returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Additonal Information
- Undelivered Orders: If your order is returned due to refusal or failure to arrange redelivery, you'll be responsible for a £6 courier fee and any additional re-delivery charges.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Please note that Tracked 24 is not guaranteed next-day delivery.
- Carrier Choice: We may use an alternative carrier if needed, at no extra cost to you.
- Weather Delays: If deliveries are delayed due to adverse weather, we cannot refund any extra postage paid for next-day delivery.
- Palletised Orders: Orders requiring pallets may take an extra 5 business days to ship. We'll confirm this within 24 hours.
