Practical products. Straightforward service.
IndustraCare is a family-run business based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham. Founded in 2014 by brothers David and Danny Richards, we supply first aid, medical, PPE and workplace products to individuals, trades, small businesses, care providers and public-sector teams across the UK.
Our job is to make essential products easier to find, understand and reorder. That means clear pricing, useful delivery information and human help when a specification or larger order needs a closer look.
What guides us
Products fit for the job
We work with established manufacturers and clearly separate specialist equipment from everyday consumables, so customers can buy with the right level of information.
Fair value at every order size
One person buying a first aid kit should receive the same care as an organisation planning repeat supply. Quantity pricing and quotations are available where volume creates a genuine saving.
Responsible relationships
We aim to build long-term relationships with customers, employees and suppliers. Our Living Wage commitment and BSIF Registered Safety Supplier status are visible parts of that approach.
