Frequently asked questions
We’re excited to launch our latest feature to save our customers both time and money. Our Subscribe and Save Program is now available on hundreds of products across our website. This includes hearing protection, respiratory protection, first aid and waste disposal.
On each product which Subscribe and Save is available, you can choose how often you require your product to be delivered from weekly, monthly or quarterly while receiving a discount on every subscription.
We would encourage you to read the FAQ below which also make up part of the terms and conditions of our Subscribe and Save program.

How do I subscribe to a product?

Subscribing to a product couldn’t be easier - if your chosen product is enrolled in subscribe and save, it will appear on the product page whereas you can choose to add the product to cart as a one-time purchase or select a subscription period of your choice.

How is shipping charged on subscription products?

Shipping is charged at the same rate as standard orders on our website. For example all orders to the Mainland UK are charged at £2.99 for standard delivery and shipping is free on orders over £50.00. As such if the product price is £30.00 then shipping charges of £2.99 will be added onto each subscription order.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. You choose which delivery to skip within the ‘My Subscription’ page of your customer account.

Can I swap my subscription?

Yes. You swap the product(s) that you are subscribed to within the ‘My Subscription’ page of your customer account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We HATE hard to cancel subscriptions that you have to sit on hold for hours or jump through numerous hoops to cancel. We have made it as easy as possible for you to cancel your subscription at any time from within your customer account and you don’t have to speak to anyone to do so.

What happens if you run out of stock?

If we run out of stock of any product you are subscribed to, we will place your order on hold as soon as possible. We reserve the right to ship an alternative product that is as close to the original as possible. 

In most cases however we will contact you to request instructions and should we not receive a response the order will remain on hold until the item becomes available or further instructions are received. 

What happens if the price changes?

We do our best to keep our prices low and absorb as many cost increases as possible. This isn’t always possible however. As such in the event we need to increase the cost of your subscription we’ll place your subscription on hold and contact you as soon as possible. 

At this stage you will be able to accept the new price, swap the product for an alternative or cancel the subscription. 

Should we not be able to make contact with you, the subscription will remain on hold and no further orders will be released. 



How many days will there be between orders?

This depends on the plan chosen however the vast majority of products have weekly, monthly or quarterly plans. Plans have the following number of days between orders:

  • Weekly: a new order will be placed automatically every 7 days
  • Monthly: a new order will be placed automatically every 30 days
  • Quarterly: a new order will be placed automatically every 90 days

How long does delivery take?

Subscription orders receive the same priority as all other orders. As such subscription orders received before 3pm Monday-Friday will receive same day shipping. Subscription orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. As such delivery should be expected 2-5 working days following your order confirmation. 

What happens if my payment fails?

We will automatically retry the payment method on file over a period of 8 days. You will receive email notifications to let you know the current status of your order. At the end of the 8 days your subscription will remain on hold and we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

Further terms and conditions

We retain the right to cancel your subscriptions at any time. If your subscription is cancelled, you will be notified and you will only be charged for Subscribe & Save orders for which you have already received an order/dispatch confirmation. 

If you reactivate a Subscribe & Save subscription that you previously cancelled, the discount applicable and total price to your reactivated subscription may not be the same discount that was in effect prior to cancellation. The new discount and/or price will be applied to your future orders of that Subscribe & Save subscription.

If any problems arise with your delivery address or payment method, which we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will be automatically placed on hold. No additional Subscribe & Save orders will be processed or dispatched until the problem is resolved.

We may change terms applicable to Subscribe & Save at any time by posting the revised terms on the IndustraCare website. Your continued participation in Subscribe & Save constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, you must cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription(s). 

If any provision of these Terms, as may be amended from time to time is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision or change is deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
