The Living Wage Foundation promote the belief that responsible employers should choose to go further and a pay a real Living Wage as oppose to just the government minimum wage and here at Industracare we fully support that belief.
We pay the real Living wage as we believe all our employees deserve a salary which matches the needs of everyday life. It reflects our commitment to our employees and how valued each and every member of staff is across the company.
Our company's aim is that by paying the Living Wage and ensuring all our co-workers understand how valued they are, this is then reflected in their work and ensures the standards in our company are then as high as our customers deserve.
The Living Wage foundation calculate the real Living Wage rates each November based on the most accurate possible evidence about the living standards across the UK.
Furthermore we also support The Living Hours standard alongside the real Living Wage. This ensures we provide a suitable notice period for staff shifts, the right to a contract that reflects the accurate hours worked and a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours of work per week (unless the worker request otherwise).
